Maybe there are better ones I don't know about. Setting up a karaoke system on a computer shouldn't be too difficult. You can get something like a Creative soundcard + a basic microphone for about US150$. Then all you need is a low-end multi-track sequencer like N-Track Studio to record and/or sound editing software like Sound Forge or Adobe Audition. Depending on how you acquire the software, your PC-based karaoke system will either be a great budget system or a moderately priced system with good value for money.
